Residential project using earthen materials for a design in response to the tropical context prevalent on site. Embraced by the thoota river, the site is blessed with fertile land covered with tall green conopies which provides maximum shade to the land.

The client wanted a house with 4 bedrooms that allowed wide possibilities of contact with nature. The built is solved in two levels considering the moderate slope on site.. Laterite and roof tiles on steel rafters has been used effectively in place of concrete to cut down the heat and cost efficiently.
