The project location is neighbouring a laterite quarry site. The sitout and office space at the entry is taken away from the super structure with more of a light weight structure that zones over an excavated portion of the land.

The jalli walls bring a character to the house by providing palpable exterior and at the same time it gives security and allow rain of light into the living spaces.

This 4 bhk house has all the bedrooms opening to green corridors that are enclosed with jalli at the periphery. A courtyard space is introduced between the living and dining and on flight to the upper floor makes way to a private pool. Incorporating green into each private space creates more calm and liveable patios within the built environment.
