A humble confluence of the tropical and mediterranean minimalistic architecture. The built structure is zoned into two, a guest zone and private zone. The formal living is connected to the family spaces by a transitional foyer that overlooks a waterbody and a courtyard.

Family spaces have openable sliding/folding partitions that opens up to the water front. Sleek colonnades are provided along the upper corridor in harmony with the proportions of horizontality. A simple linear plan and it's conceptual development helped in creating an interesting elevation.
